I’m sorry to see this, is your surname spelt exactly how it is on the emails you get from us about for example billing?

 

Does the surname have any hyphens or similar?

OK so Ive entered exactly how my detail are printed in the DD letter and still no green tick to accept my name.

  • ive tried with hyphen betwixt two names
  • no hyphen; no space
  • no hyphen; with space

no tick ever appears, please advise

Have you tried entering your SURNAME entirely in CAPITAL letters @Anynamewilldo?

OK worth a try; here no - no tick should i switch off lastpass or something?

No tick may appear, but have you tried submitting the information anyway?

 

I’d recommend avoiding use of any autofill services while doing this as they can interfere.
