I just opened an account and inserted my new sim into the phone. When I purchased the contract online I supplied my PAC and set the port-in date as 13/6. Now I discovered I can actually transfer in my number earlier than that, but when I re-start the procedure with the PAC on my website account I get an error. How can I bring the porting date forward? I have been waiting for Live Chat to respond for ages. Thanks.Â

EDIT: I must say that as a new subscriber having spent hours trying to talk to someone about setting up my new account, I hate iD Mobile customers service already. And the cooling off period of 14 days hasn’t ended yet!  Â
