I referred two friends who signed up via my link, they joined id and received an email to click a link to submit account number for refer-a-friend but clicking this link goes to the original refer a friend page where you enter email to start refer a friend process AND NOT a page to enter account number. None of the three of us can progress this reward.
Can someone please help

Terms and conditions say that…..
“The Referred Friend must submit their iD Mobile account number on the Self reporting page within 14 days of purchasing a qualifying ID plan.”
Where is this page?

Please could you send a screenshot of the email you’re having issues with and where it takes you?
