How to change provider when contract ends

I would like to move to another provider ASAP as signal is rubbish here. My contract ends 30th May how and when should I do this to avoid incurring cancellation fees/ termination charges etc

Hi @Nicknick 

You can process a 30 days disconnection from today if you like so the contract will end 30 days from now.  You can do this through the iD app. Simply log in, go to the 'My account' page, and on the 'Manage my plan' tile click 'End my plan'. You'll then be taken through the cancellation process.
