how to find out when my allowances are added

im trying to find out when my allowances were added as i seem to be going through call minutes at a vast rate compared to my usual usage.

I’ve got a pay monthly plan, so you can see everything in your itemised bill.

Does your plan’s bill have the information you’re after?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, you would think that allowances would be added on my bill date but thats not the case.

Presumably, any allowances are added when you pay - doesn’t your payment method show the date & time you bought an allowance?
