I would like to access my personal ID mobile app but unable to do so. Yes I have provided all information and details seem to show incorect, my mobile number is the same so im a little confused as to why this issues appears? Very dissapointed, can anyone help please?

Yeah, iD Mobile have technical issues with their systems right now.
This means registration for an iD My Account is not working - you’ll have to wait while they fix the problem(s).
