How to terminate the contract due to misleading promises?

I am paying for 5g service and my internet speed is 2.5Mbs. That is absolute joke.

My 3g internet 10 years ago was faster!

You have 30 days to cancel under the cooling off period.

I’m with SMARTY which uses the Three network (same as iD Mobile) and I’m more than happy with my data speeds.

Your best chance is if you’re in the cooling-off period of your iD contract @Dandeepmagic.

Otherwise, it’ll be tricky to do so, particularly given the following sections of iD Mobile’s pay monthly terms & conditions:

If you are unhappy with the service, you can cancel within 30-days of any purchase made directly from iD Mobile.

We don’t guarantee a minimum data speed on our network as there are many factors that can impact this.
