How to upgrade when I don't see the phone I want in the upgrades list

I’m with iD Mobile on a Monthly rolling SIM-Only contract.

 

I’d like to upgrade by going into a 2 year contract with the Honor Magic5 Pro phone.

 

Whilst iD Mobile is selling this phone in their shop, I cannot see this phone as being available to upgrade to.  Not sure why that is.

 

How can I go ahead and upgrade?

 

Do I need to leave iD Mobile by getting my PAC code and then apply it as a new customer to the Honor Magic5 Pro contract?

 

Hopefully there is an easier way.

You could try discussing your upgrade options with the iD telesales team by calling 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.
