how to work out data usage

I can’t work out my total data usage each month

Looking at monthly bills, it looks like this is broken down in days (?)

what makes things even more difficult - when trying to see my bills for each month most bills are not possible to read. On downloading them it looks all encrypted!

help? How can I work out my data usage each month.

Maybe get a PDF reader app for your phone, and use that to see your bill, @Ines RM.

Have you tried using the iD Mobile app/website while logged in to track data usage?

 

You may also be able to track data usage on the device itself in the settings by ensuring that the dates there match that of your bill refresh dates.

 

In regards to the bills being unreadable, there is currently an issue with iOS/Apple devices and PDF files, we’d recommend using a third party PDF reader app or a non-Apple device.
