Question

I am unable to pay my bill until next week but need my services unrestricted before then. Is there any way to do that?

Hi, my services have been restricted as my bill is due to be paid, however due to a recent marriage breakdown my finances are a little up in the air.

I will be able to pay the bill on the 28th of this month but really need my services to be unrestricted in the meantime as I use my phone for work, and it's the only way I am able to contact my children and their school and college if needed. 

I have done a live chat with an agent about this but am still not any clearer on any answers!
