I can no longer afford to pay for this service

I am 78 years old and have paid ,since April 2017 over £1000 to ID.  I can no longer afford this expenditure and so I have cancelled the direct debit of £35.61 per month. I only rarely use my mobile phone. Also I now have to purchase a TV licence because the free licence is no longer available to me.

I cannot trace a contract with ID . If I owe you any money then please let me know.
