I can't access to my app with my old numbers and my personal details, i always get declined.

What do you mean old numbers? Have you left iD Mobile? Account access for old accounts is only available for six months post leaving.

Could you give us a little more information on this?

 

Do you have an active phone number with iD Mobile that you can’t log into the account for? Has an iD Mobile account been registered for that plan?
