The account is in my father's name and he does not remember what date of birth he put, so when I click the 'forgot password' option it doesn't help, as I need to input the year of birth.

The date of birth used should be the correct one used by the account holder, please have the account holder login/register to their own account.

If they have used the incorrect date of birth, please have them get in touch themselves.
