I cannot get the 6 digits access code by text from HMRC

Might be quicker to change the verification method you’re using with HMRC @ALT.

Can you use the HMRC app, or get a voice call from HMRC, to enter an on-screen PIN using your dial-tones?

In the HMRC app, if you want to log in you have to receive an access code by text as well. Same problem. I pay ID mobile for having texts, data and messages. I want them to resolve the problem.

Indeed @ALT, I’d want the same too. I guess it depends how long you’re willing to wait for a solution @ALT, because iD staff only read forum posts once a day, sometimes less frequently.  

They’ll probably respond to your post with some questions, and then may read your answers the following day, and so on.
