I cant hear my Wife!

Since moving from Virgin to ID and porting my number I am unable to hear my wife when I ring her. When I call her I hear no ringing, the call just connects and then silence. She can hear me fine. She is on O2. If she rings me everything is fine. My son is also on O2, I ring him and it works perfectly. I have tried moving the sim to a spare phone and I get the same issue.

Sounds like there might be a call routing issue or SIM fault.
Probably worthwhile getting iD support to check your iD network account @BozMan. 

You can contact iD support using one of the following channels:

  • Online Live Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (via a popup window in a browser).
  • Sending private messages using Facebook Messenger.
  • Sending a DM using X (formerly Twitter).

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
