i cant use contact us and my sims not working

my sim suddenly stopped working, and there’s charges on my account which I haven’t used, I’ve cancelled the “new” sim which was never received but I need to speak to someone about these charges

i get this message every time I try to use the contact us page, the phone numbers don’t work, the emails are no longer in use. Cancel my contract if this is how you do business I am still in window.

Hey Stephanie, try accessing the browser via incognito or private browsing as the error you are getting is an issue with your cookies.

Have you been with iD Mobile for some time or just joined us?

Did you upgrade your contract recently?
