I don't know my mobile number

I  bought my phone from Carphone warehouse. I have not received the welcome email from you, so I have no idea what my number is. Please can you help?

Okay @Caroline Sparks, the new iD SIM card received with your phone is already active & ready to use. 

To get your mobile number, just put your new SIM in your phone and call or text a friend or family member - they should be able to tell you your new mobile number.

Thank you - unfortunately Apple14’s do not have physical Sims now, they have E-Sims which has been a bit more challenging. All sorted now though, and thanks for responding.

Okay @Caroline Sparks, the Apple iPhone 14 is currently eSIM only in the USA.

iD Mobile don’t currently support eSIM technology but, if you purchased from an Apple authorised UK retailer, your iPhone 14 will accept a nano-SIM.
