I think in your situation the quickest way of getting assistance would be via the iD Mobile social media team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message - DM).
This team pick-up messages outside the support hours, when they next start work. They respond faster to messages during their support hours.Â
The normal iD support hours are 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends.
