I have an unlimited plan therefore have unlimited calls, texts and data. However, each time I try to make a text or a call I am being told that I have reached my cap therefore I cannot do these things. I need this amending as soon as possible please as I need my phone for my employment, so any advice is very welcome. Thanks

Are bills up to date and paid? Are direct debits enabled or do you pay via manual payments?
