The SIM Card is activated upon dispatch which we advise at the time.

This means the first bill is produced in 24-hours and taken 14-days later via Direct Debit.

SIM Cards take 2-3 days to arrive.

If it’s past this point and you’ve not received the SIM, we can issue a replacement.

It’s been a few days since you posted this, can you clarify if you still neeed help?
