I have no mobile data

I have no mobil data for past two days, network coverage is either very poor or not existent.

Can you fix that issue please or I will consider cancelling my contract.

Welcome to the Community!

We did experience an outage which has since been resolved.

Please can you restart the handset and check if you see any improvements.

It may also be worth testing the SIM in a different handset to see if that makes a difference.
