I have not received the £100 voucher - Pixel purchased on 23/11/22

Hi,

I bought a Pixel 7 phone on 23/11/22 and have not received the £100 listed on the Contract summary under “iD Mobile promotion”.

It should have been emailed 30 days after the offer closed on 29/11/22.

Can you help resolve.

Hey @Lewis Gt, this forum is open to the public, so anyone with Internet access can harvest the personal details you’ve posted. Scammers and other bad actors are known to ‘read’ forum posts to obtain personal details.

The offer you were eligible for seemed to suffer from numerous problems and delays, as noted by iD Mobile themselves, online at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/claim-your-offer - perhaps your claim was overlooked in error.
