I haven't got my sim card

I orders sim card on 16 of june and setup a direct debit but I haven't got the sim card yet there is no customer service to contact and I'm stuck with no sim and you start send me a bill????? whats is this actually???

iD say it takes 3-5 working days for your SIM card to arrive @Matt Aria - from the date of dispatch.

Unfortunately, iD start charging you for network use on the date they dispatch the SIM card.
