I'm wanting to take a new SIM contract - Won't save to basket

So, I’m wanting to take a new SIM contract.  The contract I want is offered through U-switch.com.

But when I try to continue, the plan isn’t in my basket & I can’t find it again.

As per the normal state of play, Live chat isn’t available & there’s no option to actually ring & talk to a human being.

Sorry for the delayed reply here, have you tried accessing via Incognito or a different browser?

I’ve just tested this and it works fine and allows me to checkout.

 

Just to confirm, this deal is a new contract deal for new customers so if you’re trying to upgrade an existing plan, you can’t get this one.

I have previously been a customer, but not for over 6 months now. 
I’ve taken a new SIM with another provider now so your reply is too little too late unfortunately.
