i need a PUK code

i need a PUK code, and live chat will not connect and there is no QUEUE… have to keep asking the question again and again… this is awful customer services.. and no phone number.

 

i can;t use my phone, and i can’t contact anyone… i have to rely on a dumb chatbot!!

Hello @Nitesh Shah,

Unfortunately, there’s only online support with iD Mobile.

To avoid the ‘dumb’ 24/7 chat-bot, just type “talk to a person” after you’re connected.

Best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - that way you can chat with a real person.
