when i try to connect to live chat i get a url error

Even if live chat was working, you’d only be able to chat with the bot. The iD agents finish work at 8pm on weekdays.
Your best option is to ask the iD social media team for assistance using facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message) - the team will be able to help with your PUK request.
Out-of-hours messages left on social media are picked-up when the iD social media team next start work.
