I pre-ordered the new Pixel 8 on an unlimited data plan through Carphone Warehouse, I have received the new phone and Sim card. The Sim card is inactive and will not work after attempting all of the fixes suggested. I don’t have an IDmobile phone number so I can’t create an ID mobile account, I don’t have a transaction number because I never received a digital invoice or welcome email. I have the phone contract downloaded and I have the Carphone Warehouse order number in the confirmation emails.
Help from staff would be much appreciated,
