I purchased a SIM/set up a direct debit a couple days ago on the basis that the coverage checker says there are no problems and full signal at my address - but I can’t even receive texts or load anything on the internet indoors in my house or on the streets nearby so this network is basically unusable for me.
I want to cancel before I’m charged anything but I can’t log into the account anywhere or speak to anyone so unsure what to do - could someone from iD private message me to help?
