i need to cancel m stac

Hi i have requested to change sim from lebara to id using stac. But i suppose to use pac not stac 

how can i fix

Hi @Ben Christian I would suggest you contact Lebara and ask for them to cancel the STAC and provide you with a PAC code.

If you have already given us the STAC code, it may be possible to cancel this, but it must be done within 24 hours. Due to the urgency of this, I would advise that you contact our Live Chat Team on our website.
