I need to talk to an advisor and the live chat is not working. How do I do this? There are no other alternate ways I can find to contact anyone. 

The delivery address on my new phone is wrong therefore I need to change it. DPD says I need to contact the company sending the parcel IE ID mobile.

If you are having trouble using live chat, I’d recommend getting in-touch with iD Mobile’s social media customer support team using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM). 

You could also try calling the iD sales team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.
