I have stupidly decided to pay my bill the night before by making a manual payment and now it’s tried to take my money out of my account twice and my bank is in overdraft. what do i do??

If two payments have gone through, this will likely be visible on your account as bill credit. You would be able to have this amount refunded via direct debit.
