I recently purchased a Samsung s23 with the offer of a free 12 month subscription. When I used the code and logged in it seems to be charging me 7.99 a month? Please can you help?

You can register your account and all the information is outlined below:
Step 1:
Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus or Galaxy S23 Ultra online and you will be eligible to claim a Disney+ 12-month subscription, usually £7.99 per month. Promotion runs between 01/11/23- 31/03/24. Once a claim is successfully verified by the Promoter, the Participant shall then receive the Disney+ Code. The Disney+ code shall be available for redemption until 1 May 2024 (by 23:59 BST).
Step 2:
To claim, Participant must have a Samsung account and provide details and all other required information into their Samsung account to access the offer on www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disneyplus. See www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disneyplusfullterms/ for full Disney+ terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
If you are being charged it may be worth contacting Samsung for assistance.
