Hello,
i am trying to get in contact with someone from ID Mobile to report a fraud but it is the most difficult thing.
I have just found out that someone has created a fraudulent account under my name. This was created 2 months ago and its now effecting my credit score.
I need this rectified ASAP.
I have contacted Action Fraud and i now want to speak with someone from ID Mobile, a human preferably.
Please assist as soon as possible, as you can imagine this is extremely distressing.
