I've had a fraud account made in my name

Hello,

i am trying to get in contact with someone from ID Mobile to report a fraud but it is the most difficult thing.

I have just found out that someone has created a fraudulent account under my name. This was created 2 months ago and its now effecting my credit score. 

I need this rectified ASAP.

I have contacted Action Fraud and i now want to speak with someone from ID Mobile, a human preferably.

Please assist as soon as possible, as you can imagine this is extremely distressing.

Okay @3b3cca3, unfortunately iD Mobile is 100% online for help & support.

I’d recommend using facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), to contact iD about this fraud issue.

The iD agents work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekends.
Outside these times you’ll get an automated reply.
