I received a letter stating I owe money but I have never set up an account with you. I thought it was a scam but now received a letter from a debt collecting company. I have no way of contacting you as have not customer number etc. Please can someone help!

If you’re not a customer I’d recommend using facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), to contact iD about this fraud issue.
The iD agents work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekends.
Outside these times you’ll get an automated reply.
