I’ve ordered a handset upgrade but it isn’t available yet. Now I’ve been sent a voucher code for £30 off. Can I apply it to my order?

I don’t believe we’d be able to apply the voucher to an existing order, a new order may be required to use the voucher.

 

I’d recommend giving the sales team a call on 0207 1391 397 to see if they’d be able to assist here.
