I've ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I still haven't received it?

Hello

 

I ordered the IPhone 13 Pro Max on 03/10/2022 and it was showing it was in stock and I would receive the delivery next day. I then had a further email to say they had taken payment for the phone but it was now out of stock so they would let me know when it was available. I have since had no correspondence. 
 

Please can you let me know when I am expected to receive my phone as I am going away shortly and would like to have it before.

Okay @Melissa Harding, have you tried calling the iD sales team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours? - this line is often busy with incoming calls added to a queue.

Have your order number ready.
