i want to cancel my pac request

I have sent a PAC code which is saying my plan will cancel

Can I cancel this request before the number changes and my plan is cancelled?

Have you given your PAC to another mobile network operator yet @Roxann Louise?

If you’ve not used the PAC it expires 30-days from date of issue.

If you’ve used your PAC, contact the service provider you gave it to quickly - good luck

Hey @Roxann Louise,

If you have submitted your PAC code, it will be likely be too late to cancel the request.

If you haven’t and just requested a PAC, a @andewhite it’ll expire within 30-days so no action needed.
