iD Cancelled My Order

I placed an order for a new pay monthly contract phone on Sunday 27th February. I have received an email today (28th February) saying that my order has been cancelled as it has failed internal security checks, however no other information has been given.

Would someone be able to advise how / why I have failed the internal security checks and if I am able to place the order again?

Sorry for the delayed reply.

If your order failed an internal security check, there isn’t much info we can provide. Security checks are run on all orders and they test against a set criteria for fraud prevention.

You’ll need to allow 30-days before placing a new order.
