I bought this Google pixel pro from carphone warehouse with data plan by ID mobile. I haven't received any phone numbers so I can't use my data plan which is a waste. What should I do to activate it?

I've spoken to carphone warehouse about my situation and they said I could ask for a SIM replacement from ID Mobile.

You can get a free replacement iD SIM card from any Currys store, or use iD live chat to get a replacement.

I've got the replacement SIM from carphone warehouse but it's not activated. I tried using it on the Google pixel pro and another device. So I'm not sure what to do now since I don't know what number is in the SIM.
