Hi, 

I ended my contract with ID last month and took new SIM plan contract again this month..I would like to transfer my old number to my new plan..can you help me with this please..my mobile number from old contract is and I want this number to be transferred to my new SIM contract.my email address is

Okay @Ramadevi, this is a public forum where fraudsters and scammers look for personal details, such as the name, email address, and phone number you’ve posted here for anyone to read.

In addition, iD Mobile can’t / don’t / won’t transfer a mobile number from one iD account over to another iD account.

To use the number you want to keep with your new iD account, you’ll need to switch it to another service provider, and then switch it back to the iD account you’re planning to keep.

Welcome to the Community!

As @andewhite has advised it won’t be possible to move the iD Mobile number from one account to another.

However if you are moving it to a different network please let us know and we can PM you to provide a PAC code.
