ID mobile questions being automatically deleted?

I recently posted a question about if anyone had any feedback on how i could troubleshoot or diagnose my extremely slow 5g/4g speeds. I checked my emails and saw that someone had replied to my question so i came back to see if they had given any good advice. But ive signed back in and it looks like my question has been deleted from here with no notifications or reason as to why? 
Does anyone know how to recover this question? I’m still in need of advice, so its either i try to recover the question and response somehow or re-write and post another question and hope this one doesnt dissapear as well (seems counter-intuitive/spammy)
