If it was pay monthly contract, iD refund to your bank account using the Direct Debit (DD).
Did you cancel by contacting iD using online chat or 7777, or using a PAC or STAC to move your number to another supplier?
Fyi, cancelling the DD doesn’t cancel your iD contract - it just ends the payment method used to pay the contractual amount due for your plan.
