Im being charged after cancelling my contract even though it stated on the app my contract ended on the 26th of November.

Okay @camerongerrie06, at the end of your contract (26-Nov-2022) you are automatically switched to a 1-month rolling contract, at the same monthly rate.

Unless you told iD to cancel the contract, by giving 30-days notice (using the live chat service), your contract won’t have been cancelled.
