My phone is broken and I’m needing my imei number please

Hi @Bobo Robert Wallace,

Welcome to the Community!

You can obtain the IMEI number by dialling *#06# if you handset still works.

Alternatively you can find the IMEI on the box if you still have it.

If you are unable to locate the IMEI from the above, please let us know and we can PM you.

Hi yes the phone does not come on and do not have box thanks
