IMEI for preorders

I preordered a Samsung S22 Ultra contract which comes with galaxy buds to be claimed on the Samsung website. Is there any way I can get the IMEI number for it before its delivered so I can get the buds in time for my phone to arrive?

Hi @Shadif,

Unfortunately we can’t provide the IMEI number whilst on Pre-order as we would need to have the stock to assign on to the order.

Once your order has been fulfilled we can provide the IMEI number.

Samsung are waiting weeks before sending them out anyway to ensure people aren't buying the phone getting the earbuds and returning the phone

@Jody Faith Murphy  there would be a claims period anyway that Samsung would havw accounted for. This stops you claiming until x date has passed usually.
