incorrect data plan after ID mobile app updated

After ID mobile app is recently updated by the company, my sim data plan changed by ID from 120GB to 1.5 GB.  My contract is a sim only 120 GB data unlimited calls and voicemails each month until Aug 2024. Can ID staff please rectify the errors?

Please can you send a screenshot of your dashboard. This sounds like a visual glitch, rest assured your plan should be unaffected.

Cheerss @Frustrated ID customer, looks like the 120GB is showing as rolled over data. Strange! I’ll raise it with our team, however expect once it renews in 2 days, it’ll show correctly.
