incorrect line rental charge

I'm on a £30.99 per month contract with unlimited everything but in march I was charged £48.77. looking at the bill the line rental was charged at this amount and calls and texts were all £0.00. why have I been charged extra?

Hey @Daniel Philps, sounds like you might have pushed your Direct Debit date back by a couple of weeks? If so, you’d just be paying for those extra days, and your bill will return to normal from next month.
