The trade in bag should be received within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail, this would be a separate delivery to your new device delivery as that’s with DPD and delivered in 1-2 working days.
If you haven’t received the trade in bag within 3-5 working days I’d recommend reprocessing a trade in to trigger a new trade in bag to be sent out and then popping a note referencing the original trade in along with it.
