I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max yesterday and it’s been 24 hours and I haven’t had any form of communication as to whether my order has been processed. I understand it is currently not in stock, but I'd love some reassurance that my order has at least been accepted and processed.

The gentleman on Live Chat didn’t seem to know too much, so I’ve come here for advice. He was stating the phone is due in stock on the 20/10/23 and the website is stating 10/11/23
