I have just finished my contract with ID mobile and I am wondering if my old phone is unlocked? I tried to click on the live chat button to ask for help but it did not work?

If you bought your phone within the last couple of years it shouldn’t be network locked @Mollie Smith.

Since Dec 2021, mobile phones must be sold unlocked, although I think iD Mobile stopped selling network locked handsets in 2019.

Hi @Mollie Smith 

 

If your contract has just finished I don’t believe your device will be locked to our network, the only phones that are locked by iD Mobile are iPhones made before 2018.
